Kids 1st is opening a new, state-of-the-art 92-place nursery in Bishopsgarth, Stockton this summer, and we’re looking for a visionary Nursery Manager to set the tone and establish excellence from day one, giving our children the best start in life.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Establish and maintain high standards of nursery practice.
- Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children's development and well-being.
- Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships.
- Manage the nursery's operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a nursery management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or education.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and staff.
