Hours

40 Hours per week - Permanent Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Mobile Premises Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Delivering PFI standards for the site, ensuring service delivery meets contractually set standards and complies with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Supporting the Facilities Manager in providing an exceptional on-site facilities management service.
  • Performing building maintenance duties, including minor repairs and changing low-level lamps.
  • Handling litter picking, snow clearing, gritting, weeding, portering duties, and cleaning all areas.
  • Receiving deliveries and distributing materials to building users.

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for you if:

  • You have previous experience in a caretaking and/or portering role.
  • You can communicate effectively with customers and build strong relationships.
  • You can liaise with and monitor the work of contractors, updating site records promptly.
  • You can manage site security, ensuring all doors, entries, and exits are secure yet accessible.
  • You hold a Full UK Driver's Licence.
