Location & Working Hours
Location: Falmer / Chatham - Remote working available, with 3 days to be based at site.
Hours: Full-time (40 hours) - We’re open to condensed working, part-time, or job share arrangements.
Your Role in Our Vision

Key Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be at the heart of our Commercial team, focusing on:
- Managing project finances, including preparing applications for payment and monitoring costs.
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth financial processes.
- Supporting procurement activities and providing commercial evaluations.
- Identifying changes and assisting with Change Control procedures.
- Ensuring all contractual notifications are correctly in place.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have experience with NEC contracts with Target Costs.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building relationships across teams.
- You have a background in the construction, water, or civil infrastructure sectors.
- You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- You possess strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with clients.
