About The Role

At Butlin's, we believe that variety is the spice of life! In this exciting role, you’ll have the chance to lead and develop a talented team in one of our fantastic food venues. After all, no trip to the seaside is complete without delicious food, and we’re committed to delivering that to every guest, every time.

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead a dynamic team of up to 15 chefs and kitchen porters.
  • Engage in all aspects of team management, including recruitment, training, development, and retention.
  • Oversee stocktakes, rosters, timesheets, and ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Venue Manager and front-of-house team to provide an exceptional dining experience.
  • Support other kitchen teams and participate in event work during conferences on resort.

About You

We’re looking for energetic individuals with experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant environment. If you’re ready to step up to your next challenge in the kitchen, we want to hear from you!

  • Qualified: You should have passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll also manage margins, control costs, and ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met. We believe our chefs are something special, and our guests love returning to our restaurants as part of their holiday experience. Working Conditions

Typical working hours are five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week, and you’ll be part of a bonus scheme.
