Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct kitchen opening checks to maintain a safe, hygienic, and secure working environment.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Manage food safety documentation, including temperature checks during breakfast shifts.
• Record and monitor food waste, ensuring proper storage with FIFO principles.
• Oversee margins and control costs while upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards.
