Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in leading a dynamic kitchen team of up to 10 members.

About the Role

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen while ensuring our guests remain the central focus of all operational decisions.
• Engage in resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build an exceptional team dedicated to delivering amazing service.
• Monitor guest experiences and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

• Experienced in a similar role or eager to step up to the next level in their kitchen career.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
• Confidence in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
