From mouth-watering chargrilled favorites and juicy chicken to our signature build-your-own burgers and epic sharing platters, you’ll be at the heart of the culinary action. Our open kitchen allows guests to witness the magic unfold live, making every meal an unforgettable experience!

Your Role
As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you’ll:
- Work a 40-hour week spread over 5 days out of 7, with flexibility for late-night shifts during our fantastic adult breaks.
- Receive clear training schedules and personal development plans to fast-track your hospitality career.
- Collaborate with an amazing team in an exciting resort environment where no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead by example in full view of our guests, maintaining high energy and flawless presentation standards.
- Take full responsibility for managing margins, controlling costs, and hitting food budgets.
- Run daily briefings and mentor your chefs to unleash their potential and foster a fun, high-performing culture.
- Drive strict accountability for all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Step up to manage the kitchen confidently whenever the Kitchen Manager is away.
What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you should have:
- A proven track record in a similar kitchen leadership role.
- A certified Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
- A hard-working, reliable attitude.
