Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Kier Places – Building Solutions South team, based in the vibrant locations of Salisbury, Basingstoke, or Southampton.

Your Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Manage project finances to maximize gross margin and support budgeted profitability.
- Tender, evaluate, and appoint subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Measure, value, and agree on work to support invoicing and payments.
- Identify and negotiate contract variations with clients and the supply chain.
- Produce monthly commercial reports and accurate cost forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have experience in a similar quantity surveying role within construction.
- You hold a relevant qualification (degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying is desirable).
- You possess strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with diverse teams.
- You’re organized, detail-focused, and able to work collaboratively towards shared goals.
- You’re comfortable using IT packages, including Microsoft Office, and are eager to continue your professional development.
