Are you ready to make a splash in the world of water projects? We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Severn Trent Framework team based in Sheffield. Location & Hours

Location: Sheffield - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working with occasional office visits.

Hours: 45 hours per week, with some flexibility available. Just let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Responsibilities

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in our Water team, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage procurement schedules and subcontract packages to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support commercial activities, including cost management, forecasting, and final accounts.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare compensation events and variation orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce monthly reports in line with financial requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and the supply chain team.
