Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of civil and structural works? We’re on the lookout for two enthusiastic Sub-Agents to join our Thames Water Framework team, based in the vibrant areas of Kingston upon Thames and Twickenham.

Location & Hours

Location: Kingston upon Thames and Twickenham

Hours: 45 hours per week - we offer some flexibility, so just let us know what works for you!

Your Role

As a Sub-Agent, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional civil and structural works at either Hogsmill STW or Mogden STW. Collaborating closely with the Agent, you’ll manage operational resources to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Implement and monitor health and safety policies to ensure compliance and foster a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to deliver projects on schedule and to specification.
  • Manage site engineers and quality assurance processes, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Support commercial activities, including cost forecasting and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across teams to promote collaboration and achieve shared objectives.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You hold a relevant qualification (HNC, degree, NVQ Level 3, or management qualification) and are chartered with ICE or working towards chartership.
  • You have a proven track record in successfully managing projects, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • You are commercially aware, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and take a proactive approach to your work.
  • You hold SMSTS and CSCS or CPCS cards and have a keen attention to detail.
  • You are an enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve results.
