Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Site Manager to join our Severn Trent Framework in the vibrant town of Scunthorpe.

Location & Hours

Location: Scunthorpe

Hours: 45 hours per week - we offer some flexibility, so just let us know what works for you!

Your Role

As a Site Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our construction operations, taking ownership of daily activities on-site. You’ll ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Lead daily site operations, supervising staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver works according to program and specifications.
  • Monitor progress, manage resources, and implement measures to mitigate delays and resolve issues.
  • Maintain site records such as daily logs, permits, inspections, and progress reports.
  • Chair site meetings and liaise with the project team to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You have experience in site management within Construction, Utilities, or similar industries.
  • You hold an SMSTS certification, CSCS card (Black or equivalent), and a First Aid qualification.
  • You possess a strong understanding of construction methods, temporary works, and site management procedures.
  • You can read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • You hold a Full driving license and are flexible to travel to project sites.
