We're looking to recruit a Business Development Executive within specialist lending, this role offers the chance to build deeper broker relationships while directly contributing to lending growth in a high-performing, expanding team.
You’ll work closely with senior BDMs, developing your market presence and building a pipeline that supports both your own progression and wider business performance. This is a role where your activity translates directly into results, with clear visibility of your impact.
You’ll be joining at a key growth point, working within a structured, relationship-led sales environment. There is real opportunity to strengthen your network, deepen your sector expertise, and position yourself for future progression.
Package & Benefits
• Salary £35,000–£38,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
• Annual performance-related bonus linked to targets.
• Hybrid working model.
About the Company
You will be joining an established specialist lender with over a decade of market presence, known for strong performance across bridging and development finance.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage relationships with financial intermediaries to generate new lending opportunities.
• Support Regional BDMs in achieving targets through proactive broker engagement and pipeline development.
• Promote lending products to maximise profitability and grow the lending book.
• Identify and act on new business opportunities through structured outbound activity and market awareness.
About You
• Experience in specialist mortgages or specialist lending - we'll consider mortgage, bridging, buy-to-let or commercial lending experience
• Proven ability to build and manage intermediary relationships.
• Experience working towards and achieving lending or sales targets.
