Are you ready to make a splash this year? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic lifeguards to join our team during school holiday periods. Whether you’re a seasoned pro with a lifeguard qualification or a strong swimmer ready to take the plunge, we’ve got you covered!

If you can pass the Butlins swim test, we’ll provide you with the training you need to earn your NPLQ qualification, setting you on the path to a rewarding career in lifeguarding.

Your Role

As a lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fun and safe experience in our pools and on the flumes. Safety is our top priority, so we’re looking for individuals with:

• Excellent attention to detail
• A warm and engaging approach to customer service
• Leadership skills to support poolside activities

Help us create unforgettable moments for our guests while keeping safety at the forefront!

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety
• Lead and support engaging poolside activities
• Provide excellent customer service to guests of all ages

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and confident individuals who enjoy interacting with guests
• Strong swimmers with a keen eye for detail
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players
• Ability to work independently when supervising areas

Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility and reliability are essential. You’ll be a vital part of our team!

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
