Investment Banking Associate - EMEA Power Utilities & Infrastructure

Do you have experience in execution of M&A transactions? The UBS Infrastructure and Power team is looking driven individual to join our team. We are looking for somebody who can:

Support the origination and execution of M&A and Capital Markets transactions in the Infrastructure and Power sector in EMEA
Actively contribute to key workstreams in the context of live transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence and the preparation of client deliverables
Collaborate with product partners, country coverage teams, as well as other sector coverage groups to ensure seamless client coverage and execution of transactions;
Make an impact across Infrastructure and Power verticals including Power, Utilities, and Infrastructure (ranging from Transport to Digital Infrastructure)
Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance client coverage and drive business growth; and
Develop a broad skills base including an understanding of the range of UBS sector and product groups
