As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high standards are met and maintained.

Your Mission

As a Supervisor Plus, you will report directly to the Manager and be the operational driver of success. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled and that tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Coaching and supporting your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Driving key targets such as add-on sales and promotions.
  • Monitoring compliance and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will:

  • Lead your team effectively, ensuring they are in the right place at the right time.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with departmental standards.
  • Capture and act on guest feedback to enhance their experience.
  • Build strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
  • Champion Butlin’s values and leadership behaviors.

Focus Areas

Your role will also involve supporting various departments, including:

Accommodation

  • Oversee intake days and ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Support outside of accommodation as operational needs arise.

Buffets

  • Lead by example in food safety and hygiene.
  • Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.
  • Coach your team on effective service and food quality.

Bars & Shops

  • Drive sales and enhance guest interactions.
  • Monitor guest flow and adjust staffing as needed.
  • Maintain strong stock practices and brand standards.

Restaurants & QSRs

  • Ensure a friendly, engaging welcome for every guest.
  • Coach the team on upselling and effective checkbacks.
  • Celebrate team successes and foster a positive culture.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in guest-facing roles.
  • A proven track record in driving sales and managing performance.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
