Your Role: Operations System Coordinator
As an Operations System Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly. You’ll collaborate closely with the shift team leader to provide accurate updates for the receiving area, helping us maintain our high standards.
Note: This position operates on a 2-cycle shift pattern over 5 days (Monday-Friday: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00) and offers a competitive salary along with an additional shift pay of £273 per month.
What You’ll Do:
- IWS & Standardized Work: Execute processes as per the standard while challenging and improving them through root cause analysis.
- Identify Complex Losses: Drive continuous improvement in the receiving area and actively participate in loss elimination exercises.
- Fundamentals Ownership: Ensure perfect execution of safety, quality, and internal controls, documenting any outages.
- Business Results Ownership: Take charge of specific areas (Receiving & Loading) and uphold cleaning standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure timely delivery and smooth handovers.

- RTITB Training: Or similar qualifications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to eliminate or simplify non-value-added work.
- Decision-Making Skills: Capability to understand business needs and make informed decisions.
- Leadership: Strong personal accountability and the ability to lead a small team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP/TMS/Maestro or similar systems, along with solid Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Multi-Tasking Ability: Proven capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Personal Accountability: A proactive approach to personal development and contributions in areas like First Aid or Safety Rep.
