Your New Role
We’re excited to announce an opportunity within the Trade Marketing team at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter!
In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations with our Trade partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You’ll be the go-to contact for our Trade partners, fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Your responsibilities will include:
Your Role Accountabilities
Act as the primary point of contact for WBSTL Trade partners, building and maintaining effective relationships.
Support the growth and promotion of the Studio Tour through trade activities, including trade shows and sales missions.
Maintain accurate trade operations by managing administrative processes, databases, and marketing materials.
Identify and develop new Travel Trade opportunities in collaboration with the Trade Account Manager.
Analyze and monitor Trade partner sales performance, providing data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications & Experiences
Confident presenter with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proven influencing, sales, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT skills.
Experience in the leisure, tourism, or attractions industry is a plus.
Educated to A level standard (or equivalent) with strong representation in Maths and English.
A valid passport is essential, as international travel is required.
Please Note: This role will require regular work during evenings, weekends, and school holidays, which are peak operating times.
Working Conditions
This position is advertised as onsite, meaning all working hours will be carried out at the workplace. WBD reserves the right to adjust this working agreement as necessary for business needs, with reasonable notice.
