Your Responsibilities

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for our little learners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering exciting educational activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community.
• Observing and assessing children’s development to tailor learning experiences to their individual needs.
• Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A relevant qualification in Early Years Education (Level 2 or above).
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Creativity and enthusiasm to engage children in learning.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential!
