We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our new solo children's home in London. About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children and young people in the home. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overall accountability for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the child.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and leading staff practice.
• Driving continuous improvement in line with Area Camden's standards and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
• Maintaining robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency working.
• Supervising and mentoring staff, organizing work patterns, and delivering care-focused training.

About You

We are looking for a qualified and experienced leader who can demonstrate:

• A Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
• Strong childcare and safeguarding knowledge, including relevant legislation and regulations.
• Experience in managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
• A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.

This is a 40-hour per week role, where you will manage your own rota and participate in the on-call rota.
