Position Details
- Contract Type: Part-Time, Term Time Only
- Salary: £19,790.40 FTE
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Shift: 3pm - 7pm, Monday - Friday
- Job Share Option: 10 hours per week, per person
Your Responsibilities
As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your tasks will include:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Emptying and cleaning bins
- Cleaning toilets and bathroom spaces
- Replenishing bathroom supplies
- Dusting, polishing, and straightening furniture
- Tidying communal areas and removing hazards
- Wiping down paintwork, including skirting boards and window ledges
About You
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Previous professional cleaning experience in a large commercial building, preferably a school, college, or university
- The ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- A flexible approach to work and a willingness to tackle various cleaning tasks
- Experience using a wide range of cleaning equipment and products
- Strong communication skills
- A commitment to health & safety, confidentiality, and safeguarding practices
Working Conditions
