About Our Nursery
Located in the charming market town of Oxford Rockwell, our nursery is rated Good by Ofsted and has a capacity of 93 children. Our friendly and passionate team is dedicated to providing the best start in life through playful teaching, responsive interactions, and engaging environments. Role Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Act as a Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
