What Will You Do?
As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people in a safe and welcoming home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting young people with their daily routines
- Building positive relationships and becoming a trusted adult
- Helping them develop confidence, life skills, and independence
- Ensuring they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day
Whether you have experience working with children or this is your first role in this field, we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure you feel confident from day one.
What Are We Looking For?
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent, or be willing to work towards it
- Possess a full UK driving licence and have access to a car, as travel is required
- Be friendly and able to communicate effectively with children and colleagues
- Be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
