Your Role
As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Support young people with their daily routines
- Build trusting relationships and be a reliable adult figure
- Encourage the development of confidence, life skills, and independence
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment every day
Experience working with children or young people is a plus, but if this is your first role in this field, don’t worry! We provide comprehensive training and support to help you thrive from day one.
What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you should:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent, or be willing to work towards it
- Have a full UK driving licence and access to a car, as travel is required
- Be friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills
- Be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
