Your Role: A Satisfying Challenge
As the Facilities Manager, you will lead our site facilities engineering team across our Aylesford and Dagenham locations. Your mission? Ensure our plant, equipment, buildings, and facilities are top-notch for our clients and colleagues. Your diverse responsibilities will include:
- Conducting audits, inspections, and health and safety assessments
- Managing capital planning and contractor relationships
- Developing maintenance and project delivery plans
- Driving continuous improvement in site performance
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with a solid engineering and compliance management background. Here’s what you need to shine in this role:
- Management experience in an FMCG or logistics operation
- A proven track record of enhancing performance in planned maintenance and asset management
- Project management expertise, including knowledge of CDM, GMP, 5S, and TPM
- Strong budgetary control skills
- Excellent problem-solving and people management abilities
- Experience managing key systems such as fire prevention, water, air supply, refrigeration, electricity, and dock doors
