With over 30 years of experience, we have always placed the child at the heart of our mission. Our Integrated Services Programme (ISP) offers a comprehensive range of support services, ensuring that children and foster parents receive the assistance they need from a dedicated team of professionals, including social workers, fostering advisors, teachers, and therapists.

Your Role

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will:

• Provide direct support to foster parents, managing a realistic caseload that allows for high-quality supervision.
• Conduct regular supervision sessions, enabling foster parents to enhance their practice and comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to ensure full participation in safeguarding and child protection processes.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a qualified and experienced professional who is:

• Enthusiastic and committed to the role of foster parents.
• Experienced in working collaboratively with foster parents and within a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Skilled in report writing and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Holds a Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
• Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining to children's services.
• Holds a full driving license with unrestricted access to your own car.
