Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role within our Commercial team, initially focusing on a prestigious large-scale project in London. Your daily tasks will include:
- Providing commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to help exceed business targets and KPIs.
- Preparing monthly cost/value reports and collaborating with contract team members to analyze results and trends.
- Producing comprehensive commercial reports and reviewing outcomes with the team.
- Conducting physical measurements of works and ensuring agreement with clients and subcontractors.
- Managing the certification and payment of subcontractor accounts while monitoring against forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a Full UK Driver's Licence.
- Are educated to Degree level or possess equivalent experience.
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Are confident with IT, particularly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
