We are seeking an experienced and driven Deputy Store Manager to support the launch of our newest Fortnum & Mason location in Heathrow Terminal 2. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in opening and establishing a flagship travel retail store, delivering exceptional service to a global customer base. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience synonymous with the Fortnum & Mason brand.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Fortnum & Mason's luxury standards
- Drive sales performance, KPIs, and commercial opportunities
- Oversee daily operations including stock control, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Support store opening activities and ensure smooth running in a fast-paced airport environment
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety, and airport regulations
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or deputy manager role within retail or hospitality
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Passion for customer service and delivering luxury retail experiences
- Commercially aware with a track record of achieving targets
- Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Experience in travel retail or high-volume environments is desirable
