Here, you’ll deliver planned, structured repairs and servicing directly to our members, whether they’re at home or at work.
Your Rewarding Role
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:
- Competitive Base Salary: £45,378 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your earnings with optional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- Flexible Hours: Work 40 hours a week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Work Environment
You’ll be part of the Holloway cluster, covering areas like Holloway, Islington, Highbury, Finsbury Park, Camden, and Kentish Town. Your day will start with a clear digital schedule, and you’ll carry out:
- Routine servicing
- Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Member advice and recommendations based on inspections
- Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
