🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 15:30 (40 hours per week)
👤 Reporting to: Operations Manager


About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Site Waste Coordinator. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for the day to day management of site waste operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent service delivery.

You’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards across site waste management while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing daily waste operations across the site, ensuring all waste areas and bins are serviced and maintained
  • Coordinating waste collections and exchanges with service providers
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health & safety policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across all waste areas
  • Communicating regularly with customers, providing updates and responding to queries
  • Working closely with Operations and HSEQ teams to drive continuous improvements and innovations
  • Carrying out routine inspections of waste areas to maintain compliance
  • Completing essential administrative tasks such as scanning documentation, reporting, and email communication
  • Operating a forklift truck when required (training provided if needed)
