Job Responsibilities
  • Carry out general manual labouring duties on site
  • Assist trades staff as required
  • Move, load, and unload materials safely
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the work area
  • Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
  • Support the team with day-to-day site operations
  • Work independently or as part of a team when required
Person Specification
Must-Have Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK (verified)
  • Ability to follow health and safety procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
  • Basic understanding of construction site practices
  • National Insurance (NI) number confirmed
  • Satisfactory referencing and compliance checks completed
Nice-to-Have Requirements
  • Previous experience in a labouring or construction environment
  • Experience working on a busy site
  • Any relevant construction-related certifications or registrations
