Job Details
We are looking for highly skilled Clerical Assistant's to join our supply list to provide front line clerical support in a Nursery, Primary and/or Secondary School environment, duties may vary from establishment to establishment, but in the main this role will be based within the establishment's admin office and cover a variety of day-to-day tasks which may include dealing with staff and/or visitors, operating the school MIS system and handling monies. As a Clerical Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Headteacher or Admin Assistant/Coordinator (this can vary depending on which type of establishment you are in).

Qualification, Registration and Skill Requirements
You are required to have a minimum of 4 qualifications at SCQF level 4, including English and Maths (e.g. National 4, Standard Grades at General Level or O grades).
Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
