We'relooking to recruit aTalent Specialistto join ourAngard Staffingdepartmentand support ourService Delivery Team.
The Angard Staffing Recruitment Team are the team at the very start of a candidate's journey to working for The Royal Mail Group!
The team will work with a high volume of applications that have applied to work at The Royal Mail Distribution Centres, Mail Centres and Delivery Offices up and down the United Kingdom.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week)working 5 out of 7 days on arota basis, including early, late, and weekend shifts.
This is a fixed term contract until December 2026.
What'saTalent Specialist?
A Talent Specialist is a junior recruitment position, whereyou'llbe supporting with high volume recruitment campaigns and managing candidate applications through a full recruitment process from screening to offer.
You'llbe:
Supporting with attracting candidates using different recruitment tools
Providing an excellent standard of customer service and handling candidate queries
Managing applications through the full recruitment process
Collecting and checking right to work documentation on behalf of theclient
Working towards agreed targets and SLAs to meet the client'srequirements
What are we looking for?
We'relooking for individuals with strong customer service skills who are confident in working towards and exceeding targets.
It'salso essential that you:
Are computer literate and confident utilising MS officesystems
Are confident communicating via telephone andemail
Are a team player who is flexible to support colleagues asrequired
