We'relooking to recruitWorkforce Planning Executivesto join ourAngardStaffingdepartmentand support ourService DeliveryTeam!
In this role,you'llengage with clients and candidates, managing staffing orders, taking calls, and orchestrating seamless workforce deployment.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week)working 5 out of 7 days on arota basis, including early, late, and weekend shifts.
This is a fixed term contract until December 2026.

A Workforce Planning Executive is a vital role in our service delivery to a key client, the Royal Mail.You'llbe managing the deployment and engagement of Angard workers at Royal Mail sites across the country, working directly with clients, site managers, and candidates.
You'llbe:
Managing our bespoke booking system,JoinedUp
Handling incoming calls and emails from candidates and managers
Supporting managers with utilising systems effectively
Managing shift patterns and rotas as per site requirements
Maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the client group
What are we looking for?
We'relooking for engaging, customer service professionals who are confident and committed to delivering an outstanding service to our clienton a daily basis.
It'salso essential that you:
Have demonstrable experience in a customer serviceenvironment
Are a strong communicator both over the phone and inwriting
Can work effectively as part of ateam
Have strong computer literacy skills - particularly with MS Office
