Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and informative Music lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love for music, performance, and music theory.
• Guide students in developing their musical skills, including instrumental playing, vocal techniques, and music appreciation.
• Prepare students for external music examinations (optional, depending on role and student interest).
• Contribute to the growth of the music department by organizing extracurricular activities, such as choirs, ensembles, and musical productions (optional, depending on role).
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a well-rounded and enriching musical experience for all students.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Music or a relevant subject (desirable for full-time role, may be considered for part-time).
• Demonstrates a strong passion for music, a captivating teaching style, and a commitment to fostering musical talent in young people.
• Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Creates a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to diverse needs and learning styles.
