Housekeeper, 15 to 18 gross per hour

A Housekeeper, 15 to 18 gross per hour is needed by this lovely family in Clapham, London to join them and maintain the cleanliness of their home to a high standard. A child-friendly candidate would be ideal as they may require childcare assistance for their two school-aged children occasionally. Someone who has previous childcare experience would be an advantage for this role. They seek someone organised and hardworking who takes initiative in all general housekeeping tasks. A driver would be a bonus but is not a must for this role. They have a lizard so someone comfortable around animals is ideal but there is no care required. This role is also open for part-time housekeeper candidates.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm/1;00 pm to 6:00 pm/7:00 pm, around 30 to 35 hours a week

Duties include:

• maintaining a clean family home
• sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
• cleaning washbasins, bathtubs and showers
• deep cleaning the kitchen
• washing clothes
• unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
• ironing
• making up the beds and changing the linens
• washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
• cleaning the windows and mirrors

A Housekeeper, 15 to 18 gross per hour role must be available in September 2023 but they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
