Your Role

As the Supervisor Plus, you will be the main point of contact for your team, driving operational success and maintaining high standards across the department. Reporting to the Manager, you will:

  • Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled.
  • Manage team schedules to meet fluctuating guest demands.
  • Support and coach your team to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Drive key targets such as add-on sales and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will:

  • Be the operational leader, ensuring effective task execution.
  • Conduct CAFF audits and other departmental audits.
  • Monitor guest experiences and capture feedback.
  • Champion communication within your area.
  • Build strong relationships across the resort and support team development.

Accommodation Focus

Your primary focus will be on accommodation during intake days (Monday and Friday), with flexibility to support other departments as needed. You will:

  • Ensure high standards in guest accommodation.
  • Be proactive in addressing guest feedback and concerns.

Restaurant and Quick Service Support

In addition to accommodation, you will also enhance our restaurant operations by:

  • Championing food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.
  • Coaching your team to drive upselling of starters and desserts.
  • Ensuring effective checkbacks to confirm guest satisfaction.
  • Celebrating team successes to foster a positive culture.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching.
  • Strong attention to detail for audits and observations.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles and handling queries.
  • A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
