Location & Hours

Location: Shadwell, London - Company Van Provided

Hours: 40 Hours per week - Permanent Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Mobile Premises Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our facilities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Ensuring delivery of PFI standards for the site, adhering to contractually set standards and Health and Safety regulations.
• Supporting the Facilities Manager in delivering an on-site facilities management service.
• Performing building maintenance duties, including minor repairs and changing low-level lamps.
• Conducting litter picking, snow clearing, gritting, weeding, portering duties, and cleaning all areas.
• Receiving deliveries and distributing materials to building users.

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for you if you:

• Have previous experience in a caretaking and/or portering role.
• Can communicate effectively with customers and build strong relationships.
• Are skilled in liaising with contractors and updating site records promptly.
• Can manage site security, ensuring all doors and entries are locked and unlocked as needed.
• Hold a full UK Driver's Licence.
