Salary: Base salary of £52,000, with potential earnings up to £58,600 through bonuses

As a Registered Manager, you will:

What We Offer
- 6-month probation period
- 32 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing by 1 day per year for the first three years

Your Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children and young people.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and leading staff practice.
- Driving continuous improvement in line with Area Camden's standards and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
- Maintaining robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency working.
- Supervising and mentoring staff, organizing work patterns, and ensuring effective implementation of care plans and safeguarding procedures.
About You
We are looking for a qualified and experienced leader who can demonstrate:
- A Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one), along with NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
- Strong childcare and safeguarding knowledge, including relevant legislation and regulations.
- Experience in managing staff teams, with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead with professionalism and resilience.
- A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.
This is a full-time role, and you will manage your own rota while participating in the on-call rota.
