Contract Type: Part-Time, Term Time Only
Salary: £19,790.40 FTE
- 20 hours per week: £11,308.90 (3pm - 7pm, Monday - Friday)
- 10 hours per week: £5,654.40 (3pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday)
Contract: Fixed Term, Term Time Only
Location: Brampton, Cumbria
Hours: 20 hours per week

Role Responsibilities
- Vacuum cleaning and mopping floors
- Emptying and cleaning bins
- Cleaning toilets and bathroom spaces
- Replenishing bathroom supplies
- Dusting, polishing, and straightening furniture and cupboard tops
- Tidying communal areas and ensuring hazards are removed
- Wiping down paintwork, including skirting boards and window ledges
About You
- Previous professional cleaning experience in a large commercial building, preferably a school, college, or university
- Able to lift and move heavy equipment
- Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of cleaning tasks
- Proficient in using a wide range of cleaning equipment and products
- A confident and clear communicator
- Willing to undergo training in health & safety, confidentiality, and safeguarding practices
The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Check, with the cost covered by Kirby Moor School.
