About the Role

As a Mobile Plumbing & Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in the prestigious HS2 project. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures across commercial properties.
  • Perform general building fabric maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.
  • Conduct regular safety checks, including fire alarm testing and emergency light inspections.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests with professional solutions.
  • Ensure all work meets health and safety regulations and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Have proven experience in commercial plumbing with an NVQ Level 2/3 qualification.
  • Possess a G3 Unvented Hot Water Certificate and valid Water Regulations (WRAS).
  • Hold a valid CSCS card and UK driving licence.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively while managing your own workload with care and attention.
  • Are passionate about delivering quality work and building positive relationships.

Working Conditions

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
