Your Role: Digital Commerce Leader

In this unique role, you will lead and shape the Digital Commerce agenda for P&G Pro in the UK & Ireland. You’ll play a pivotal part in accelerating growth by:

  • Driving Winning Commercial Strategies: Design and implement commercial plans by aligning internal teams and collaborating with external partners.
  • Selling and Partnerships: Bring plans to life through strong selling and influencing, building trusted partnerships that translate strategy into impactful outcomes.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as the UK&I channel expert, articulating strategies for immediate and medium-term success.
  • eContent Development: Oversee the evolution of eContent to enhance consumer engagement and drive sales performance.
  • Search Optimization: Develop strategies to maximize traffic generation and conversion.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights that guide strategic direction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Finance, Account Managers, and European leadership teams for high-quality execution.

What Will Set You Up for Success

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Digital Commerce Expertise: Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of online sales fundamentals.
  • Influencing & Selling Capability: Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and leading digital initiatives.
  • Digital Fluency: Deep understanding of digital business drivers and hands-on experience optimizing content and search.
  • Partnership Mindset: Experience working with online retailers to build collaborative partnerships.
  • Leadership & Ownership: Established leadership capabilities with a proven ability to drive thought leadership in digital commerce.
  • Execution & Analytical Strength: Strong organizational skills combined with an analytical mindset.
  • Valid UK Driving License: Required for this role.
