Location & Hours

Location: Liverpool

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – with some flexibility available to suit your needs!

Salary

Starting from: £30,000 per annum

Your Role

As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in:

  • Delivering high-quality drawings, specifications, and coordinated design solutions using REVIT.
  • Supporting project delivery and mentoring junior team members.

Are You the Right Fit?

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist with a strong technical background.
  • Confident in producing coordinated drawings and specifications using REVIT and BIM.
  • Comfortable working across various sectors such as education, MOD/MOJ, or blue light.
  • Excited to be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering projects from concept to construction.
  • Experienced in contributing to planning applications and regulatory approvals.
  • Passionate about mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Produce high-quality concept and detailed drawings using CAD / REVIT.
  • Coordinate design information across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support planning submissions and statutory approvals.
  • Advise on environmental, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to design risk assessments and project delivery.
  • Administer contracts (NEC / JCT) and undertake site visits.
  • Support bids and work-winning activities.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • Extensive architectural / technical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards.
  • Experience using REVIT, BIM, and Autodesk products.
  • Familiarity with NBS Create and contract administration (NEC / JCT).
  • The ability to coordinate design and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in BIM coordination.
  • Experience in sectors such as DfE, MOD, sustainability, or conservation.
