Important Information
Please note that we are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role. Additionally, due to the sensitive nature of the site, BPSS security clearance is required, which can take up to 8 weeks. To be eligible, candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years.
Your Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support our survey engineers by processing raw data from site surveys and fulfilling survey modelling requests. You’ll be at the forefront of technology, focusing on laser scanner surveys to ensure construction tolerances are met to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process survey data from field surveyors, including total station surveys to report on construction stages.
- Process laser scanning surveys, cleaning and modelling data to ensure construction tolerances are met.
- Accurately collect and record survey data, adhering to project quality assurance and control standards.
- Provide drawing and modelling services to support the survey, engineering, and construction teams.
- Manage and archive survey files and records using the project’s document management system.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold a degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, or Construction.
- You have strong skills in AutoCAD (Civil3D) and Revit, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within the construction industry.
- You understand BIM or digital construction processes and document control requirements.
- You possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- You hold a CSCS Card and relevant site safety qualifications, and are a member of CInstCES or working towards membership.
