Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Site Operations Works Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Site Operations team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating Site Works: Oversee daily activities of contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and managing permits to work.
  • Health & Safety Management: Support the implementation of health and safety systems, conduct inductions, and review risk assessments to promote safe working practices.
  • Facilities Management: Manage the facilities contract, monitor compliance, oversee maintenance schedules, and serve as the main point of contact for FM services.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage simultaneous operations and maintain excellent collaboration.
  • Building Compliance: Support compliance activities, manage defects, and ensure security through daily building checks.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Have proven experience in coordinating or supervising day-to-day site operations, ideally with a trade or construction background.
  • Possess knowledge of building compliance and maintenance management.
  • Hold SHEQ qualifications and understand how to foster a strong safety culture.
  • Have experience supervising teams and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Hold a Full driving licence.
