Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new customer opportunities across hospitality, healthcare, and food service.
- Leading end-to-end tender processes and commercial negotiations to secure long-term national or multi-site agreements.
- Building strong customer relationships to develop long-term business plans and expand partnerships.
- Creating and selling customer-relevant solutions that leverage the credibility of P&G Professional brands.
- Collaborating closely with distributor partners in the Food & Janitorial industries.
- Understanding customer needs and operations to continuously identify new growth opportunities.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience with complex commercial opportunities, including tenders and structured contract negotiations.
- A proven ability to identify and progress new opportunities in competitive environments.
- Sector experience in hospitality, healthcare, food service, care, or leisure, ideally within non-food, hygiene, or chemical categories.
- Commercial credibility and confidence in engaging stakeholders, turning customer needs into compelling proposals.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to deliver high-quality output across multiple workstreams.
- A proactive, opportunity-focused mindset with sound commercial judgment.
- A valid UK driving license.
