Join Our Team as a Supervisor Plus!

Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge at Butlin's? The Supervisor Plus role is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operational standards are top-notch and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

In this hands-on position, you'll report directly to the Manager and be responsible for executing daily operational plans. Your leadership will ensure that tasks are completed efficiently, and that our team is always in the right place at the right time to meet our guests' needs.

Primarily focusing on accommodation during our busy intake days on Monday and Friday, you'll also flexibly support other departments throughout the week. Your mission? To maintain high standards and deliver an amazing experience for our guests!

Your Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Be the driving force behind your team's effectiveness, ensuring all key tasks are completed.
• Coaching: Mentor your team to achieve departmental targets, including upselling and promotions.
• Audit Responsibility: Oversee CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits as needed.
• Guest Experience: Monitor and enhance the quality of guest experiences, capturing feedback and acting on it.
• Communication Champion: Ensure clear communication between management and your team, executing plans effectively.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.
• People Support: Assist with onboarding and performance management throughout the employee lifecycle.

Buffets

• Food Safety Champion: Lead by example in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Welcoming Environment: Create a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests.
• Quality Control: Ensure timely replenishment of food and maintain high presentation standards.
• Team Development: Coach your team to enhance their skills and confidence.

Bars & Shops

• Sales Driving: Maximize revenue through effective upselling and guest engagement.
• Queue Management: Proactively manage guest flow to minimize wait times.
• Stock Practices: Maintain strong stock control and ensure compliance with procedures.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Food Safety Leadership: Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Exceptional Service: Deliver a warm dining experience and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Upselling: Encourage team members to recommend starters and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction.

Splash Pool

• Pool Operations: Supervise daily operations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support lifeguards and pool staff during shifts.
• Guest Experience: Create a friendly environment and address guest queries effectively.

Sports & Activities

• Activity Delivery: Lead engaging sports and activities for guests of all ages.
• Team Supervision: Coach and support your team to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Health & Safety: Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations.

Your Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in audit and compliance activities.
• Experience in guest-facing roles, adept at handling queries and complaints.
• Ability to generate new opportunities through sales and promotions.
• Experience in multi-skilled teams, adapting to guest demands.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
