Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our Commercial team, working on a prestigious large-scale project in London. Your daily tasks will include:
- Providing commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team, ensuring we exceed business targets and KPIs.
- Preparing monthly cost/value reports and collaborating with contract team members to analyze results and trends.
- Producing commercial reports and reviewing outcomes with the team.
- Conducting physical measurements of works and reaching agreements with clients and subcontractors.
- Managing the certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, monitoring them against forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a Full UK Driver's Licence.
- Are educated to Degree level or possess equivalent experience.
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Possess confident IT skills, particularly in MS Office, especially Excel.
