Location: Sheffield (Remote working available with occasional office travel)
Hours: 45 hours per week (flexibility available—just let us know!)

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be an integral part of our Water team, helping to deliver a diverse portfolio of exciting projects. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Manage procurement schedules and subcontract packages to ensure smooth operations.
• Support commercial activities, including cost management, forecasting, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare compensation events and variation orders.
• Maintain accurate records and produce monthly reports in line with financial requirements.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and the supply chain team.
