Join Our Team as a Product Manager for NEC Housing!

Now, we’re looking to expand our dynamic team of Product Managers to take our platform to the next level!
Your Role
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge products. You’ll collaborate with a specialized team to create user-friendly, streamlined end-to-end processes. Your focus will be on continual improvement of the NEC Housing platform, ensuring it meets the challenges faced by our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand the legislative, regulatory, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with specialized Product Managers to enhance the NEC Housing platform.
- Engage with customers through co-design workshops and User Group sessions to gather insights.
- Define customer business needs and align them with product strategy.
- Stay updated on technology advancements to maintain our competitive edge.
- Build business cases for market uptake, pricing, and margin analysis.
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and manage requirements effectively.
- Support the Pre-Sales/Sales team with bid responses and sales proposals.
- Deliver presentations for both customer and internal audiences.
- Assist in product launch activities.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in UK Social Housing, either as a customer or software solution provider.
- Strong knowledge of project life-cycle and methodologies.
- Experience in defining product enhancements and Agile new product development.
- Familiarity with housing management systems or related software.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Proven ability to build relationships and understand client perspectives.
- Effective time management and resource allocation skills.
- Strong decision-making capabilities.
- Full, valid UK/EC driving license for travel.
- Experience in end-to-end product life cycle management.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma and JIRA.
