About You

We’re searching for spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning and collaborating with a vibrant team. Don’t worry if you lack previous experience; we believe that attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference are what truly matter. We’ll provide all the training you need!

As a Team Member +1, your week will kick off with cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, followed by a rotation in another area for the rest of the week. No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside different team members and guests.

Whether you’re seeking a temporary role or envisioning a long-term career with Butlin’s, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas.
